• Customer: Parents or guardians booking activities.
• Admin: Authorized personnel managing the Platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

4. User Accounts

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• You agree to notify KidoPass immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Platform Use

Customers

Customers may:

• Browse and book listed activities.
• Manage bookings and profiles.
• Submit reviews or feedback (subject to moderation).

Merchants

Merchants may:

• Create and manage activity listings.
• View enrolled customers.
• Update schedules, pricing, and availability.

Merchants are responsible for:

• Accuracy of listings.
• Delivery of services.
• Compliance with applicable laws and safety standards.

Admin

Admins manage:

• Merchant approvals.
• Platform content.
• User moderation and compliance.

6. Payments and Bookings

• Payments (if enabled) are processed through third-party payment providers.
• KidoPass is not responsible for disputes between Merchants and Customers.
• Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are subject to the Merchant's stated policy.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or harmful content.
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to access unauthorized data or systems.
• Circumvent platform security or business processes.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, logos, and system design belong to KidoPass unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify platform materials without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

KidoPass serves as a booking and management platform only. We are not liable for:

• Injuries, accidents, or disputes arising from activities.
• Merchant service quality or performance.
• Data loss caused by third-party services beyond reasonable control.

10. Termination

KidoPass may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or legal compliance requirements.
